Expertly selected and hand roasted to create this signature blend of 40% Guatemalan, 40% Colombian and 20% Ethiopian coffee.
Each blend has been carefully blended to maximise the inherent character, sweetness, acidity and mouthfeel, giving a medium to full bodied, balanced coffee with hints of heavy, ripe berries.
Sourced from farms in some of the most exotic regions in Africa and South and Central America. The beans are then roasted to perfection by our master roaster. These premium blends are artisanally roasted by hand in small batches using cast iron copper roasters.
