These yellowtail fish were filleted and flash frozen soon after being hauled up out of the icy Atlantic. Braai them, grill them or fry them. They'll make a great family supper or a delightful weekend lunch with friends.
Once defrosted, these frozen yellowtail fillets are as fresh as they were when they were pulled onto the fishing boat. You can fry them, grill them or air-fry them, but you can't beat braaied yellowtail. Baste them with olive oil, lemon and black pepper and braai them over well-settled coals. All you need then is a fluffy baked potato, a crisp salad and an ice-cold chardonnay.
