These grapes were hand-picked and sorted before being fermented in tiny open-top stainless steel containers under cool conditions, to preserve the fruit's original texture. The wine was aged in 2nd fill 225 litre French oak barrels before final blending and bottling.
Low-vigour vines, gravel-rich soil, and a cold microclimate provide these grapes with a naturally superior growth environment. With fragrant, flowery, and rich aromas, the gently oaked palate is textured and succulent. This wine is beautiful and unique with vibrant acidity, expressive brilliant fruit, and finely grained tannins.
