An award-winning wine that is prepared using chardonnay and pinot noir grapes that have been handpicked. An enzymatic reaction occurs during the transfer of the pinot noir fruit to the cellar, giving the bubbly a distinctive silver-pink tint.
A long lees-time producesd the subtle yeasty notes that characterise this elegant pale pink bubble. The wine has beautiful cherry and a berry notes and a perfectly-rounded mouthfeel and a lovely flinty finish.
