This exquisite shiraz is a dry red with a bold, full-bodied flavour, with mild tannins and a balanced acidity. It imparts notes of red fruit, black fruit and oak. A lovely wine to partner with rich red meat dishes like a sirloin steak or juicy rib-eye steak.
Fruits of the forest and plum fruit scents are layered over mild vanilla tuile and light spice oak in this deep crimson wine with purple hues. Mulberry, cassis and plum fruit flavours abound in this full-bodied red wine. This wine features a fine tannic structure and luscious juicy fruit flavours, as well as barrel flavours of vanilla biscuit and rich clove spice. This wine is delicate, with lingering dark cherry flavour and choc mint freshness on the finish.
