A Pinotage with an exquisite tannic structure, good length, and a dry finish that goes well with burgers, grilled meats, venison stew, Thai and Chinese food.
With grapes cultivated under hot, dry conditions, enjoy the resulting reduced yield of this vintage. The grapes are collected, fermented on the skins for three days with the cap pounded down manually every two hours and then the juice was taken from the skins. This process produces a wine with nuanced fruit flavours and a layered palate of fruits and chocolate.
