This wine has a ruby red colour and is an easy drinking wine that should be enjoyed young. It pairs well with a nice beef or veal cut and some vegetables, but can be enjoyed with hard cheeses as well. The intense aromas of the wine and fresh acidity is an excellent partner to a spaghetti bolognese.
This Merlot is an elegant and soft wine that is medium bodied. The silky tannins brings out the raspberry and cherry aromas with a hint of dark chocolate. It is smooth on the palate with pomegranate, fresh cherries and dried cranberry flavours.
