The grapes for this rosé came from vineyards in Robertson, Stellenbosch and the West Coast.
These grapes are chosen at different stages of ripeness to produce a wine that is supple and round yet focused and acidic. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Rosé is a crisp, fine summer wine with a brilliant bouquet on the nose.
