Product Information
An excellent dry red blend that is led by cabernet sauvignon, cinsault and hints of other varietals. It is matured in French oak for 12 months, blended, and matured for a further 8 months before bottling, for a harmonic infusion of flavour. It is ready to drink and benefits from cellaring for seven or more years from vintage.
Fresh plums and red cherry aromas are complemented by a touch of oak on the nose. A delicate, silky tannin structure and a mellow, lengthy finish support juicy mouth-filling red berry flavours. The cabernet sauvignon offers depth and complexity to this versatile wine, while the cinsault contributes tremendous scent and accessibility. Bolognaise and other saucy meat dishes go well with this red blend.
