Product Information
This crisp, bright wine pairs well with seafood, smoked salmon, roast chicken, and pork. It consist of strong varietal flavours of green apple, bell pepper, and freshly cut grass.
The Sauvignon blanc vines are mostly planted in deep, cool alluvial soils with great water retention ability. Some vineyards are managed to be a little more robust in growth, with a somewhat heavier canopy to preserve some of the more herbaceous flavours, while others are severely branch thinned to create a more open canopy. This boosts the production of terpenes, which are responsible for Sauvignon Blanc's tropical fruit notes.
