Product Information
Their vast family of 35 farms, the majority of which are 7th generation, has a love and respect for the soil that can be seen in every glass of their wine. Roast meat, stews, lamb, venison, pasta, and steak pair well with this Shiraz.
The wine was fermented for 9 days at 28°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate fruit component while also adding body and weight. For 6-8 months, 80% of the wine was matured in French oak and 20% was aged in American oak.
