A beautifully crafted blend, of the cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and merlot. It is the ideal partner to beef, lamb, game birds and vegetables. Rich with ripe red and black fruit and wonderfully smooth with well-integrated acidity and firm tannins, It had a cellaring potential of 3-12 years.
Blackberry compote with cassis and juicy plum aromas are blended with vanilla, crème brûlée, and cedar notes. The strong fragrance carries through to the palate, which features robust tannins and a rich, full mouthfeel.
