With its aromas and rich fruit undertones, this medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot pairs well with roast beef, grilled vegetables, mushroom risotto, and a variety of cheeses.
With the grapes harvested from a variety of soils, these vineyards benefit from the cool coastal breezes. Each vineyard block is vinified separately, with juice left on the skins for four to five days to extract maximum colour and flavour while keeping the tannins manageable.
