Over the past ten or so years, the Central Otago region of New Zealand has become famous throughout the world for its exceptional pinot noir wines. Aged for roughly nine months in a combination of tanks and barrels, this wine boasts flavours of black cherries and plums with oak spice, smooth tannins and a lively finish.
