The two-in-one rib/roast holder can contain multiple slabs of ribs to increase cooking space on your cooking grates. It can also be used as a sturdy cradle for delicious roasts made on the braai.
This plated steel rib and roast holder will maximise the griling area on your braai and ensure evenly cooked food. It is also dishwasher safe and will work with the Weber Q3000, larger gas braais and Weber 57cm charcoal grills.
