This award-winning red blend is a harmonious infusion of four iconic varietals, driven by merlot. Matured for 14 months in French, Hungarian and American oak, it can comfortably age for over 20 years from vintage. Only the best of the barrels are selected for blending before bottling. A blend with an assortment of berries and wood flavours, it partners well with red meats and hard cheeses.
The deep ruby colour of this cabernet sauvignon-driven red blend is reflected in its aromas of stewed dark fruit and undertones of dark chocolate. This full-bodied wine has soft tannins and lengthy finish. It is a great blend to enjoy on its own or partner with BBQ pork ribs.
