Berry Smoothie Bowl
Start any summer day right with this tasty and refreshing smoothie bowl. Garnish with edible flowers for an extra flair that’ll impress any guest.
For this smoothie bowl you’ll need:
1 cup (250 ml) raspberries
1 cup (250 ml) blueberries
1 cup (250 ml) blackberries
2 cups (250 ml) plain or coconut yogurt
1 cup (250 ml) coconut water or berry juice
1–2 cups (250–500 ml) ice
Drizzle of honey
Extra berries and edible flowers for serving
1. Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with 1 cup of ice, and blitz until smooth.
2. Add extra ice and coconut water or berry juice and blend again if needed.
3. Pour into individual serving bowls and top with extra berries and edible flowers before serving.
