Spiced Gin & Tonic
Jazz up the warm, spicy and earthy botanicals used to infuse Blind Tiger Gin with an extra dose spice and sweet blackberries in this easy G & T recipe.
100 ml Blind Tiger Gin
2 x 275 ml Barker & Quin Indian Tonic Water
2 star anise
2 cinnamon sticks
2 rosemary stalks
• Pour 50 ml of Blind Tiger Gin into each cocktail glass and add 1 star anise, a cinnamon stick and rosemary stalk.
• Add a few blackberries, and bruise slightly using a spoon to help infuse.
• Pour in the chilled Barker & Quin Indian Tonic Water and serve immediately with or without ice.
