  • Ingredients:

    For this smoothie you’ll need:
    1 cup baby spinach
    1/4 cup kale; stems removed
    3 tbsp (45 ml) mint

    Juice of ½ lemon
    2 apples; peeled, cored and chopped
    1 cup (250 ml) cucumber; diced

    1 tbsp (15 ml) grated ginger
    1 ripe banana; chopped
    1 cup ice

  • Method:

    1. Blend all the ingredients together in smoothie machine.
    2. Adjust sweetness with extra apple or mint if needed.
