‘Pizza' Salad

    Reinvent the pizza this summer with this mouth-watering fruity medley. An easy-to-make brunch dish, dessert or canapé.

  • Ingredients:

    For this ‘pizza’ salad you’ll need:
    1 large watermelon disc or 1 pineapple, sliced into thin discs

    1 tray (500 g) mixed fruit salad
    1 tray mixed melon and berry

    1 tub (10 g) edible flower mix pack
    Mint for garnish

  • Method:

    1. Place watermelon or pineapple onto serving plate, if using watermelon, pre-slice into wedges.
    2. Arrange your favourite cut fruit on the watermelon or pineapple discs.
    3. Decorate with a scattering of fresh edible flowers and mint.
    4. Serve as a healthy summer brunch dish, fresh dessert (with a scoop of ice-cream) or as an easy alternative to sunset canapés.
