Description

Provide your body with the essential vitamins and nutrients it needs when you whip up these Banana & Blueberry Simple Truth Oat Crumpets. They’re drizzled with Simple Truth Honey to sweeten up your morning.

Directions

1. Blend steel cut oats into flour.

2. Mash banana with a fork and stir through blended oats and coconut milk together.

3. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little oil.

4. Spoon a little batter into the pan and cook on low to medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

5. Serve with sliced banana, blueberries, pomegranate seeds and yoghurt and drizzle with honey.

  • 180 g Simple Truth Steel Cut Oats; blended
  • ⅔ cup (160 ml) coconut milk
  • 2 small bananas
