Description

Start your day right with this tasty and refreshing smoothie bowl. Garnish with edible flowers for an extra flair that’ll impress the whole family, or any guest.

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with 1 cup of ice, and blitz until smooth.


2. Add extra ice and coconut water or berry juice and blend again if needed.


3. Pour into individual serving bowls and top with extra berries and edible flowers before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) Raspberries
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Blueberries
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Blackberries
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Plain or Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Coconut Water or Berry Juice
  • 1–2 cups (250–500 ml) Ice
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Extra berries and edible flowers for serving
