Directions
1. To make the dressing, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar and honey in a bowl and whisk.
2. Arrange biltong on a large serving plate and top with a layer of strawberries.
3. Cut Brie into pieces and arrange on top.
4. Garnish with rocket and serve with country bread and dressing.
