• 320 g assorted fruit (pineapple, mango, kiwi, pawpaw, apples)
• 100 g mixed berries
• 1 cup ice
• 50 g mixed seeds and nuts
• 100 g Simple Truth Lactose Free Yoghurt
• ½ cup Simple Truth Oat Milk
• Honey to taste
