Directions

1. Push the ginger and orange through a juicer and add the turmeric and a squeeze of honey to taste.

2. Serve in shot glasses.

• 2 oranges or lemons, skin and pith removed

• 1 tsp. (5 ml) turmeric

• Squeeze of honey, to taste
