Description

Indulgence is uncompromised in this easy hot chocolate recipe! The secret ingredient is our exclusive Forage and Feast White Hot Chocolate made with Belgian white chocolate and responsibly sourced cocoa. The smooth, rich and creamy flavour of the drink is elevated with Dalgona cream, marshmallows and sweet toppings!

Directions

1. Make a cup of Forage and Feast White Hot Chocolate as per the pack instructions.

2. For the Dalgona cream, you need a 1:1:1 ratio of coffee, sugar and hot water.

3. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl using an electric beater for around 1 – 2 minutes until stiff peaks form. Then chill in the fridge.

4. Then add the chilled Dalgona cream and marshmallows.

5. Pour caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chocolate.

  • ¼ cup Antigua Continental Roast Instant Coffee
  •  ¼ cup granulated sugar
  •  ¼ cup hot water
