Mango & Pineapple Coconut Slushies

Description

Get that island feeling from just a few sips of these Mango & Pineapple Coconut Slushies. Make them with Simple Truth Honey or Coconut Sugar – they have no added preservatives.

Directions

1. Place ½ a tin of the coconut milk into a blender and add in the remaining ingredients.

2. Blend until it’s an icy slush.

3. Pour into glasses and top each one with a little extra coconut milk. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1 tin (410 g) Pot O’ Gold Coconut Milk
  • 1 pineapple; peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 mango; peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 banana; peeled and sliced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) Simple Truth Honey or Simple Truth Organic Coconut Sugar
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) chia seeds
  • Handful of Ice
