Mango Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

There’s nothing quite as good as a wholesome, tasty breakfast. Start the day on a nutritious note with this vitamin-rich bowl of goodness.


1. Place diced mango, pineapple and almond milk in a blender and blitz until smooth. Then, pour into two bowls.

2. Arrange nectarines, almonds, pomegranate, diced mango, muesli and toasted coconut on top of the smoothie in each of the bowls and serve.

  • 2 cups (500 ml) diced mango
  • ½ cup (125 ml) diced pineapple
  • ½ cup (125 ml) Simple Truth Almond Milk


  • 1–2 white flesh nectarines; sliced
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup (250 ml) diced mango
