Description

Directions
1. Toss drained chickpeas with cumin, thyme, olive oil and seasoning and pan-fry until crisp for about 8 – 10 minutes.
2. Pan-fry vegetarian patties until crisp and heated through, and then slice each patty into thirds.

- 1 can chickpeas; drained

- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) thyme; chopped

- Salt and milled pepper

To serve:
- Sundried tomato pesto
- ½ red onion; finely sliced
