Strawberry Marshmallow Mousse

Description

Sometimes the most captivating desserts are low effort. Like this incredible Strawberry Marshmallow Mousse which requires just 5 ingredients.

Directions

1. Reserve 3 strawberries for garnish and hull and roughly chop the rest.

2. Place in a saucepan with the water and salt and bring to the boil.

3. Boil for about 3 minutes until the strawberries have softened.

4. Mash the strawberries with a fork into a pulp.

5. Add the marshmallows and mix until melted.

6. Let the mixture cool.

7. Once cool, whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the strawberry mix.

8. Spoon into 4–6 bowls and place in the fridge for about 2 hours until set.

9. Use the reserved strawberries to garnish and serve.

• 100 ml water

• Pinch of salt

• 150 g mini marshmallows

• 250 ml cream
