Description
Start the day right with this delicious fibre-rich tropical chia pudding. Topped with banana and strawberry, it’s the perfect anti-ageing morning regimen.
Directions
1. Mix chia seeds, oat milk, vanilla and honey in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour, or overnight, before serving.
2. Heat a non-stick pan and mix nuts, honey and ginger together. Caramelise until golden.
3. Spoon chia pudding in a bowl and serve topped with sliced banana, strawberries, toasted coconut and chopped caramelised nuts.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) chia seeds
- 2 cups (500 ml) Simple Truth Oat Milk
- 2 tsp. (10 ml) vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) Simple Truth Raw Honey
To serve:
- 1 packet (100 g) mixed nuts
- 2 tsp. (10 ml) grated ginger
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Simple Truth Raw Honey
- 2 bananas; sliced
- 8 – 10 strawberries; sliced
- ¼ cup (60 ml) coconut; toasted
