Each ingredient in this delicious ramen, is selected for its full flavour and umami appeal. Prepare for home-cooked greatness.
Directions
1. Boil eggs in a saucepan of water for 7 minutes or to preferred doneness. Leave to cool, peel and set aside.
2. Pour broth into a saucepan. Add chilli and garlic and bring to a gentle simmer.
3. Add baby corn, sugar snaps and broccoli, and simmer for 2 minutes before stirring through pak choi, baby marrow spaghetti and Simple Truth Veggie Bites.
4. Divide between 4 bowls and serve topped with finely sliced radishes, spring onions, halved boiled eggs and a little extra chilli.

- 1.5 L vegetable broth
- 1 chilli; finely sliced
- 1–2 garlic cloves; sliced
- 1 pkt. (200 g) baby corn; sliced in half
- 1 pkt. (200 g) sugar snaps; sliced in half
- ½ pkt. (200 g) broccoli; sliced in half
- 1 pkt. (220 g) baby pak choi; broken into leaves
- 1 pkt. (350 g) baby marrow spaghetti
- 1 pkt. Simple Truth Veggie Bites; removed from skewers
- 4 radishes; thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions; finely sliced
