Directions

1. Toss the pine nuts, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until they’re finely chopped.

2. Add the basil and pulse again.

3. Next, drizzle in the olive oil with the food processor blade still running.

4. Add grated Parmesan cheese if you are feeling it, but leave it out if you want to go vegan.
