Directions

1. Place the sugar, flour, hot chocolate, salt and chopped chocolate into a microwave-safe mug and add the oil, milk and vanilla. Mix until well combined.

2. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

3. Remove from microwave and serve immediately with a spoonful of whipped cream on top.

  • 3 tbsp. (45ml) castor sugar
  • ¼ cup (60ml) self-raising flour
  • 3 tbsp. (45ml) Forage and Feast Dark Hot Chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • 20g Forage and Feast 70% Dark Chocolate Slab; roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup (60ml) vegetable oil or coconut oil; melted
  • ¼ cup (60ml) milk
  • ½ tsp. (2.5ml) vanilla essence
  • Whipped cream to serve (optional)
