Usage Instructions | 1. Wash your hands and pour 180ml of milk that baby is currently using into baby's bowl. 2. Add 5 level tablespoons of cereal into the bowl. 3. Stir until smooth. Feed your baby with a clean spoon. Do not keep unfinished portions. Do not add salt and/or sugar. Unless otherwise advised by your health professional, one or two Nestlé Nestum feeds should be given per day depending on the age of your baby. Nestlé Nestum is intended for spoon feeding. From 6 months of age, together with breast milk, infants should be fed a variety of foods. Ask a health worker or health professional for advice. |
