Stellenbrau was the first craft brewery to open in Stellenbosch's historic centre. From the outset, Stellenbrau's philosophy has been clear: keep things simple. As a result, they only have a few really palatable beers in their line-up, ensuring quality over quantity. The full-bodied Hefeweizen has zero total carbs, zero sugar and is low GI. The health benefits don't compromise the yeasty, mildly hoppy taste.
