Glen Carlou Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine Bottle 750ml

Grapes were harvested from 10 different vineyards within the Paarl appellation. Each block was kept separated until the final blend. Grapes were soaked in cold water for at least 5 days, and left on their skins for at least 12 days. For 15 months, the wine was aged in 2nd fill French oak barrels to enhance their flavours.
