Durbanville Hills Shiraz Red Wine Bottle 750ml

The grapes were hand-picked between mid-March and late March, just before shrivelling set in and the tannins and fruit reached their full maturity. The impact of the many vineyards from which the grapes were obtained gives this Shiraz its distinct personality. The grapes were chosen from a variety of low-yield vineyards planted in deep, dark red soils at about 250 meters above sea level between 1985 and 1990.
