Description
Harvested by hand at the end of the season, the fruit is immediately pressed, with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks. To preserve the required quality, the wine is meticulously blended to produce a dry, light to medium-bodied rosé with flavours of plums, morello cherries, juicy grapefruit, watermelon, papaya, and ripe strawberries. It has a crisp acidity and a mouth-watering finish.
