Boplaas Cape Vintage Port Red Wine Bottle 750ml
This classy Cape port wine is made with fully ripe Portuguese varietals in a style similar to the celebrated ports of the Douro Valley. Manually fermented in traditional open vats called lagares and fortified with the finest grape spirit, this unctuous red is barrel aged, then carefully blended and lightly filtered to ensure an exceptional result.

This Cape vintage displays notes of dark chocolate, violets, blackberries, cherries, plums, and pepper.
It features rich tannins, a substantial body, and a lengthy, delicious finish. Cape vintage is frequently paired with Stilton cheese because its rich fruit flavours and complex overtones of chocolate and spice perfectly complement the sharp taste of the cheese.
