Description
The Valley's Kokoa Kamili, a central fermentation facility that works closely with small-scale farmers in the area, is the source of the single-origin cacao beans. The chocolate is freshly created using the following steps: sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind and temper. Each chocolate bar is individually hand-wrapped after being hand-tempered in small batches on a granite slab. Dark molasses, warm spice and subtle liquorice notes are among the flavours you will taste with each delectable bit of this 70% dark chocolate.
