This broad, 75mm-wide cohesive bandage is 4.5 metres long so it is ideal for bandaging knees. It's easy to tear, so you don't need scissors, and it won't stick to your skin.

Best of all, it sticks to itself so you don't need safety pins or knots to keep it in place. It is stretchy but firm.

Usage Instructions

Wrap the bandage around affected area, allowing the bandage to overlap by 50 %.

Once the affected area is suitably covered, tear or cut the bandage.

Press the end of the bandage for a few seconds to ensure cohesion.

The bandage sticks to itself, thus no bandage clip is required.
