Usage Instructions	Single use only. Apply to clean, dry skin. Remove excess surface hair, oils and lotions from the skin before application. Do not use on open wounds, broken or irritated skin. Unwind the bandage and wrap around the affected area, ensure a comfortable fit, not too tight. Wrap numerous layers of the tape in a criss-cross or figure 8 motion, overlapping the tape to ensure maximum support to the affected area. For best adhesion, ensure that tape wraps around and sticks onto itself.
