Usage Instructions	Single use only. Apply to clean, dry skin. Remove excess surface hair, oils and lotions from the skin before application. Do not use on open wounds, broken or irritated skin. Remove the plastic from the tape. Cut the tape into the desired shape or size for the required injury/body part application. Remove the backing paper from the cut piece of tape and apply to the skin from the centre moving outwards. For proper tension, stretch the tape while applying. The tension level is dependent on the amount of support required in the specific area. Press down firmly on the tape for better adhesion once applied.
