Usage Instructions Remove support from plastic pouch and unfold. Bend the knee in a sitting position, wrap the non-Velcro end around the leg below the knee to secure it in position. Ensure knee cap is not covered, continue to wrap the support around the back of the knee and secure the Velcro end onto the support. Ensure a comfortable, secure fit that is not too tight. Refer to photo on front of pack.
