Usage Instructions Remove support from plastic pouch and unfold. Insert hand through loop to the wrist area with the 2 Velcro strips facing outwards. Wrap the long end of the support, around the wrist area and secure the wrap onto the Velcro strip of the support. Ensure a comfortable, secure fit that is not too tight. Refer to photo on front of pack.
