Ingredients	Pelargonium Sidoides Root Extract, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), Quercetin, Bromelain, Zinc
Usage Instructions	Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. For optimal efficacy, take the recommended daily dosage for at least 5 days. Adults and children 12 years and older: Take one effervescent tablet dissolved in half a glass of water, three times a day, after a meal.
Warnings	Do not use if known hypersensitivity or allergy exists towards any of the ingredients. People using anticoagulant - or antiplatelet medication, such as Warfarin, should use this product with caution as Pelargonium sidoides may have a blood thinning effect.
