Usage Instructions Directions for use: Open the foil bag to remove a patch. Remove the sticker to reveal the adhesive. Apply patch directly to area of discomfort, adhesive side towards the skin. If you have delicate skin apply to clothes instead of directly on to skin. For best contact, apply to dry, flat area, free of moisture, oil or lotions. To remove, slowly peel off the patch.
