This single-use heat patch is odourless and provides long-lasting, deep-penetrating heat therapy for muscle pain and menstrual cramps. Usage Instructions	Only open the plastic wrapper once you are ready to apply the Heat Patch. Apply to clean, dry skin. Tear open the plastic wrapper and remove the heat patch. Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side. With adhesive side towards the skin, press patch firmly on the affected area. If you have delicate skin, apply to clothes instead of directly onto skin. Remove when patch is no longer warm.
Warnings	For external use only. Do not use if the heat patch is damaged. Do not use on wounds, broken or sensitive skin. Do not use this product while sleeping. Do not microwave or re-heat. Do not use with other heat sources. The heat patch pad contains iron that can be harmful if ingested. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water and call a Poison Control Centre immediately. If the heat pad contents come in contact with your skin or eyes, rinse with water immediately. Do not fold, cut or wet the patch. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Not suitable for infants and children. Check skin frequently during use. This product has the potential to cause skin irritations or burns. If you experience an irritation or a burn, remove product immediately. Do not use heat patches in the same location for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. If you are 55 years or older, wear the patch over a layer of clothing and not directly against your skin, as your risk for burns increases with age.
