Usage Instructions	Twice daily, after thoroughly brushing your teeth. 20 ml dose, equivalent to 4 teaspoons. Rinse around your mouth for 30 seconds. Use undiluted. Do not swallow. For persons aged 12 years and older. Refrain from eating and drinking for half an hour post rinsing.
Warnings	Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for use in children under 12 years. Do not swallow. If swallowed, get medical help right away or contact a poison centre immediately.
